ITI associates have written and reviewed hundreds of business plans.   We can develop a complete plan and financial projections for anything from a small local retail shop to a large online e-business to a major turnaround or reorganization.   We'll interview key staff, research the market, review the business model, develop financial projections and pull it all together in a tight, concise business plan.

We can also work with you and your management team to develop specific sections of the business plan or with your legal counsel to transform a business plan into a private placement memorandum.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ENTREPRENEURS:  We strongly believe you should write your own business plan.  We'd love to review it and help you tune it up but it should be first and foremost your plan for your business.  Its a tool you need.   It should be a living document you update regularly as your business grows and changes.  The process of putting it together is as valuable to you as the plan itself.  Using a proven template is one thing but a "canned" business plan won't do you much good and it is unlikely to impress your potential investors.

We can, of course, develop a business plan for you but the real target market for this service is businesses or investors who want an objective outside party to put together the research and plan for a business opportunity they want to pursue.
